Banqueting and Events
Exclusive private banquets or events can be booked within the traditional setting of Bait Al Zubair Museum. Enjoy an event in the beautiful gardens or inside traditional Omani buildings and feast on an impressive international menu to suit all tastes. Traditional Omani food, as well as Indian and European cuisine is available for snacks, lunch or dinner. Traditional Omani dancers, musicians, artisans and henna artists can also be booked to ensure guests enjoy a truly memorable and unique experience. Bait Al Zubair Museum has hosted cultural exhibitions, car launches, private conferences, workshops, banquets (breakfast/lunch/dinners and snacks), lectures and children’s parties.

BAIT AL OUD - HALL
Seated Capacity: 200 people
Situated on the ground floor of a modern building that reflects the grand architectural heritage of Muscat, Oman’s capital city. The hall is 348 square metres, with a reception area and restrooms. Entry is through an intricately carved door and there is also vehicular access. The ceiling has wooden beams reflecting traditional monumental architecture in Oman. There are hanging rails on the walls and different types of lighting. Plans of this area can be made available upon request.
BAIT DALALEEL
Seated Capacity: 50 people
A partially restored and renovated traditional building where guests can step back in time and explore a turn-of-the-century Omani home
BARASTI HUT AND TERRACE
Seated Capacity: Hut 80 people, Terrace 40 people
A traditional building made from palm fronds where guests can sit inside or outside on the adjacent terrace. This style of traditional architecture is prevalent along the Oman’s northern coast.
GARDENS
Seated Capacity: 200 people
Beautifully designed gardens giving a traditional Omani experience. There is a souq, a display of traditional boats and an ancient falaj (water distribution system), all set amongst indigenous foliage.
